Stockarea aggregates supply\nchain service providers like warehouse operators, <\/span>Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Customs\nAgents, & Compliance service providers, and offers <\/span>a single platform for Brands to Book/Manage\nthese services<\/span> Objectives of this role:<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations,\nincluding vendor <\/span> <\/span>management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized\nworkflows.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure that the warehouse\noperates at peak efficiency \u2014 with customer satisfaction the <\/span> <\/span>primary goal \u2014 by supervising, organizing, and\ntraining warehouse employees and <\/span> <\/span>establishing, monitoring, and\nmanaging operational goals<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and\nstorage <\/span> <\/span>requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate\nprocesses, and shipping methods<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Train and manage the\nwarehouse team to solve day\-to\-day operational issues and reach <\/span> <\/span>short\- and long\-term performance goals.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>In Charge of incident\nmanagement and reporting as per warehouse policy.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee daily operations\nwhile controlling and managing inventory and logistics<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain a safe and healthy\nwork environment by establishing and enforcing standards <\/span> <\/span>and procedures and by complying with legal\nregulations<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure SHE Guidelines and\nensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse <\/span> <\/span>regularly.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human\nSafety Kits <\/span> <\/span>and PPEs to ensure the safe\nworking at warehouse.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise end\-to\-end e\-commerce order fulfillment including picking,\npacking, <\/span>dispatch, and coordination\nwith logistics partners.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensure\nefficient warehouse layout and staff productivity.<\/span> Key Roles and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise daily warehouse\nactivities, including quality assurance, inventory control, <\/span> <\/span>space management, logistics, floor productivity,\nshipping, and customer service<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Schedule and oversee\nwarehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to <\/span> <\/span>maximize efficiency and minimize overtime<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inspect equipment, tools, and\nmachinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance <\/span> <\/span>when necessary<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Meet regularly with warehouse\nleads to analyze productivity and develop actionable <\/span> <\/span>plans for loss prevention<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee and manage logistics\nfor transporting products to customers and company <\/span> <\/span>facilities, communicating with drivers and air\npartners to ensure efficient delivery of <\/span> <\/span>packages<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee and manage the warehouse Audits\nfor Security and Safety purposes.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span> Skills\nRequired: <\/span><\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Soft skills and excellent\ncommunication<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of logistics and\nthe warehousing industry<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>MS Excel & MS Word and E\nMail Communication Skills<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Should have excellent\ncomputer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems,\ngenerate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and\ntechnology.<\/span> <\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Language skills: Tamil, Hindi &\nEnglish<\/span> Perks:<\/span><\/b> Health Insurance, Informal Dress code, Friendly culture,\nOpportunities to grow fast.<\/span>
