Warehouse Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

* Ensure smooth daily assembly and warehouse operations, and coordinate with transporters and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

* Plan manpower allocation and monitor picking productivity to ensure sufficient resources are available.

* Oversee picking operations, including order accuracy, productivity KPIs, and fulfillment timelines to ensure timely order processing.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment within the assembly department.

* Manage and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient operations and achievement of daily schedules and targets.
