Shift Schedule
- Day – Day – Night – Night – Off – Off – Sunday Off
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM
- 30-minute Lunch Break
- 30-minute Dinner Break
- Two additional 15-minute rest breaks

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
- Monitor warehouse activities, material flow, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide operational updates and reports.
- Train and guide team members on warehouse procedures, material handling, and operational best practices.
- Support attendance monitoring, workforce planning, and team development activities.
- Support new product introductions, warehouse improvement initiatives, and cross-functional operations.
- Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, materials management, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and workflow coordination.
- Able to prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Ability to lift or move up to 20kg is an advantage.
