Summary

Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, dispatching, and tracking materials in SAP while maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation. Performs general warehouse duties including order fulfillment, material handling, forklift operation, and box truck deliveries. Requires attention to detail, ERP system experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-trained environment supporting field installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming materials; record transactions in SAP
  • Communicate inbound issues (shortages, damages, discrepancies) with internal departments.
  • Dispatch materials to installers/field teams; document all movements in SAP
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; reconcile SAP vs. physical stock
  • Match dispatch and pick tickets; identify and report discrepancies
  • Support warehouse operations (loading, unloading, sorting, stocking, order pulling)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Fulfill material requests for installers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Drive box trucks for material pickups and deliveries as needed
  • Remain flexible and cross-train across all warehouse functions

Qualifications

  • Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or dispatch experience
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer systems
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to lift and move materials regularly (physically active role)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills across office and field teams
  • Reliable attendance and customer-service mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR required

  • Flooring, cabinets, countertops, and related materials (including small vanities/sinks)

Preferred Experience

  • Fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or construction materials environment
  • Warehouse equipment and material handling experience

**Salary $22.00-$23.00 hourly + benefits
