Job Summary
Assist the warehouse in receiving and shipping needs.
Essential Functions
Responsible for receiving, storing and shipping merchandise kept in warehouses
Ensuring the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.
Proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.
Coordinating work with fellow workers and other team members.
Maintaining quality in the warehouse and keeping track of all damaged inventory and reporting the same to the supervising authorities
Maintaining cycle count of all warehouse inventories and reporting discrepancies to the supervising manager.
Ensuring the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area
Loading and unloading of trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery and equipment.

Education/ Experience
Forklift certification preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The warehouse worker II will have mastered all the KSA assigned to Warehouse Worker I and will become proficient in the following:
Completes cycle counts every week as part of their standard work
Has on time attendance to work and meetings of 98% or above
Demonstrated ability to be a daily problem solver, using lean methodologies
Compensation
Pay Range Starting at $18/hr
Work Schedule
Compressed workweek consisting of four 10-hour days, totaling 40 hours weekly
