Position Summary

The Global Warehouse Contracts & Supplier Governance Manager is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, supplier governance processes, and commercial activities supporting NCR Atleos' global warehousing and logistics operations. This role partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and Transportation teams to ensure supplier agreements are negotiated, executed, maintained, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong contract management experience, exceptional negotiation skills, financial analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management & Governance

  • Review and approve Purchase Order (PO) requests for global warehousing services within Oracle Cloud.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute:
    • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
    • Statements of Work (SOWs)
    • Amendments and Addendums
    • Adoption Agreements
    • Network Access Agreements
    • Data Processing and Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs)
    • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
    • Change Orders
  • Partner with NCR Atleos Legal teams to facilitate contract reviews, negotiations, and approvals.
  • Prepare and deliver supplier term letters and other contractual communications.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within approved repositories.
  • Ensure all contract documents remain current, compliant, and audit-ready.

Supplier Management & Commercial Operations

  • Negotiate supplier rate increase requests and evaluate commercial impacts.
  • Manage contract escalations related to supplier performance, compliance, financial matters, and operational issues.
  • Review supplier requests and coordinate onboarding activities with Compliance teams.
  • Support supplier setup and payment authorization processes through OneTrust and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with warehousing, transportation, procurement, and operations teams to ensure supplier compliance and service continuity.

Strategic Sourcing & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct comprehensive cost analysis.
  • Assess financial impact of pricing changes, supplier bids, and commercial terms.
  • Develop recommendations that support cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze supplier performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and savings initiatives.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work closely with:

    • Supply Chain Operations
  • Ensure contractual obligations align with business objectives and risk management requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across supplier governance and contract management processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, sourcing, supplier management, supply chain operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and supplier contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and governance processes.
  • Experience managing RFIs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding activities.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including cost analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global warehousing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of supplier risk management, data privacy agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • Professional certifications such as:
    • CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
    • CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
    • CPCM (Certified Professional Contract Manager)
  • Experience working with legal teams on commercial contract negotiations.
  • Knowledge of OneTrust, Oracle Cloud, or enterprise contract management systems.
