Warranty Executive

  • Receive, log, and properly tag all warranty\-returned parts from service centres and field operations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Check the physical condition, completeness, and correctness of all incoming warranty claims. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identify and address transit\-related issues such as damaged, missing, or improperly packed parts.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain organised storage of warranty parts with strict 5S and traceability standards. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure accurate and timely ERP and DMS entries for all warranty transactions. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with CQA for warranty approval decisions and provide required claim details. Manage scrapping of failed warranty parts after receiving formal CQA/Quality approval. Follow up with Dealers on pending, delayed, or non\-compliant warranty parts. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Issue replacement parts to dealers or service teams as per approved processes.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain MIS for warranty part status, claim closures, and debit notes issued to dealers. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track and update data on supplier debits processed by CQA/SQA teams. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with Service, Quality, CRM, R&D, and Production to support quick closure of warranty cases.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    ● Bachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.<\/span>
    <\/div>
    ● 3\u20135 years of experience in warranty operations, service operations, or parts management (EV/Automotive preferred).<\/span>
    <\/div>
    ● Strong understanding of EV/automotive components and failure modes. <\/span>
    <\/div>
    ● Good command of ERP/DMS workflows and documentation standards. <\/span>
    <\/div>
    ● Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.<\/span>
