As PDL, you will report to the WA BES Business Group Manager (BGM) and work alongside the BGM to provide and promote consistent project management processes, quality, and oversight of project delivery across the BES Business Group.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs PDL, you will collaborate closely with BES Business Group leadership to promote and advance project management skills development, career path development, and mentorship of staff. Your direct reports may include local program managers, project managers, commercial managers, quality managers, and collaborative delivery leads. In addition to your primary responsibilities as summarized below, the PDL will be responsible for understanding and having direct knowledge of the HDR project management tools and will collaborate, train, and mentor staff on their implementation and use. You will also support recruiting and retention efforts for the program.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn the role of %3Cstrong%3EBES Project Delivery Leader%3C/strong%3E, we will count on you to%5C:%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EPromote, monitor, and develop project management skills and quality best practices for BES staff across the Area%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvide project management team organization and leadership for projects across the BES Business Group%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMonitor project QC Review activities including assignment of experienced and qualified reviewers%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELead and monitor activities for continuous improvement of Project Management including development and use of technical standards, procedures, best practices and lessons learned%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELead quality assurance efforts to implement QA/QC Program activities, striving for continuous improvement%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate effectively with Business Group operations, market leadership / sectors, business classes, and Professional Services Leaders%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerform delegated/designated BGM matrix of authority (MOA) responsibilities%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWork with Business Group Manager to streamline and coordinate business processes consistent with the overall Area, corporate policy, and MOA%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with daily operations, such as project oversight, management reviews, financials and driving profitability at the project level%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDevelop and implement standard project delivery practices, procedures, and approaches%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EParticipate in 0% reviews, project reviews, and project approach and resources reviews (PARRs), and support project teams with management of claims and losses%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with project teams to verify that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerform other duties as needed%3Cbr%3E%3Cbr%3E%26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E
