Uniservice FMS is seeking an enthusiastic and hands\-on Water Management SME<\/b> to support our rapidly growing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all water\-management functions across multiple client sites, ensuring smooth operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of STP, WTP, and swimming\-pool systems.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

• Oversee and manage STP, WTP, swimming pool operations<\/b>, and related water\-management systems across all assigned sites.

• Lead troubleshooting, root\-cause analysis, and resolution of operational issues.

• Drive upgradation and optimization efforts to improve system efficiency and performance.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Supervise and guide water\-treatment operators at multiple sites; ensure daily operations run smoothly.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure system health, safety standards, and operational compliance.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Provide structured training, coaching, and skill development<\/b> for operators and site teams.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Prepare operational reports, recommend preventive measures, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless operations.
