WE'RE HIRING -MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our property stays safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for facilities and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Responding promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency

Troubleshooting and repairing issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

Maintaining accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and inventory

Assisting with room turns, furniture moves, and minor renovations

Ensuring safety standards and cleanliness in all work areas

Coordinating with vendors and contractors when needed

What You Bring

Proven experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance

1 year experience of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently

Strong communication and time management skills

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and operate tools safely
