Position Overview
The candidate will join the Wealth Management Solutions team, focused on evolving the firm’s Donor Advised Fund (DAF) investing experience end-to-end. You will own and drive product outcomes across the DAF investment lifecycle including investment option strategy, onboarding, allocation changes, trading/implementation workflows, asset servicing, and performance reporting. You'll deliver a simpler, more scalable experience for donors, advisors, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for a structured, highly organized product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines strong analytical rigor with customer empathy, and can translate complex investing workflows into clear product requirements and delivered capabilities. Investment/trading domain experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the DAF investment product roadmap: define product vision, goals, success metrics, and prioritized backlog for investment-related capabilities across the wealth continuum.
- Discover and define customer problems: synthesize donor/advisor insights, operational pain points, and market trends to identify and size product opportunities (with emphasis on investing options, implementation experience, and servicing).
- Deliver product outcomes through execution: lead initiatives from concept to launch using agile practices—writing PRDs, epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, and partnering with engineering, design, and operations through build, test, and release.
- Partner on digital experience: work closely with digital product and UX teams to improve investment workflows, disclosures, and user journeys (e.g., funding, allocation changes, rebalancing requests, portfolio views).
- Design scalable operating models: collaborate cross-functionally to improve current-state processes and define future-state operating models that reduce friction and increase throughput.
- Manage risk thoughtfully: partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls to identify regulatory considerations and embed controls into product design and delivery.
- Launch and iterate: support go-to-market planning for new investment options/features, manage interdependencies, and drive adoption with stakeholders across PB/JPMA/CWM.
- Executive communication: create clear, data-driven updates on roadmap progress, delivery status, KPI performance, and stakeholder feedback.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal); ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Experience in large-scale project planning, dependency management, and operating model/process redesign.
