Wealth Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Role: Securities SME \u2013 Analyst for Security Master Initiative<\/span><\/b> We are seeking a highly specialized Wealth Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)<\/b> to lead the functional requirements gathering for a greenfield Security Master<\/b> build\-out. This individual will act as the bridge between our business stakeholders\u2014serving Mid\-Value to Ultra\-High\-Net\-Worth (UHNW) clients\u2014and our technical architecture teams.<\/span> The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the data lifecycle of a financial instrument, from initial sourcing to the creation of a \"Golden Copy.\" You will be responsible for defining how our firm identifies, classifies, and manages global securities to ensure seamless downstream trading, reporting, and compliance.<\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b> Technical & Domain Expertise<\/span><\/b> Qualifications<\/span><\/b> Requirement<\/span><\/b> Description<\/span><\/b> Experience<\/span><\/b> 8+ years in Wealth Management, specifically within Data Management or Middle Office operations.<\/span> Documentation<\/span><\/b> Proven track record of delivering high\-quality RDDs/BRDs for large\-scale data migrations or master data management (MDM) projects.<\/span> Market Data<\/span><\/b> Deep familiarity with vendors like Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and Morningstar.<\/span> UHNW Focus<\/span><\/b> Understanding of the precision required for UHNW reporting (multi\-currency, complex tax lots, and bespoke asset classes).<\/span> Communication<\/span><\/b> Ability to translate \"Street\" terminology into functional technical specifications.<\/span>
