Weaving Supervisor

The Weaving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily weaving operations, ensuring production targets are met with required quality standards, and maintaining efficient utilization of machines and manpower.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Plan and supervise daily weaving production activities
  <\/p><\/li>

• Monitor loom performance and ensure optimal machine efficiency.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Allocate work to operators and ensure proper manpower utilization
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure fabric quality as per customer specifications and standards
  <\/p><\/li>

• Identify defects and take corrective actions to reduce rejections
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with maintenance team for timely machine repairs and preventive maintenance
  <\/p><\/li>

• Minimize machine downtime, wastage, and production losses
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain production records, shift reports, and quality data
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Diploma / Any Degree in relevant field
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 1\u20133 years of experience in the weaving department
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong knowledge of different types of looms and weaving processes
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Good leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills
