Wedding Florist (P1)

• Basic Salary Up to $3,200 + Overtime
• Wedding & Event Styling Exposure
• Creative Floral Design & Product Development Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily orders
• Conceptualise floral designs based on client requirements and themes
• Manage floral inventory and coordinate purchases
• Guide and support junior florists in daily operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Assist with onsite floral setup, installations, and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of floristry experience
• Experience in wedding and event floristry preferred
• Strong floral design and colour coordination skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
