White Oak of Rock Hill is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. Our 141-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is conveniently located just minutes from Piedmont Medical Center. We provide both long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation, with a strong commitment to excellence, compassion, and teamwork.
Weekend Schedule
Choose the shift that works best for you:
- Day Shift: Every Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
OR - Night Shift: Every Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure quality care.
- Support residents and their families with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited, state-approved school of nursing.
- Current, active South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
