Weekend Social Media & Operations Executive

At Inspire Mum & Baby, we support women, babies, and children through pregnancy, birth, swimming, fitness, and therapy. We are looking for a Weekend Social Media & Operations Executive who enjoys content creation and working with people on the ground.
This role is ideal if you love social media, have a good eye for visuals, and want hands-on exposure to how a wellness brand runs day to day.
Role Overview
You will support two key areas on weekends:
Social media content planning & creation
Front desk and daily centre operations
Training and guidance will be provided — we value attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Social Media & Content Responsibilities
Plan and organise weekly / monthly social media content
Capture photos and short-form videos during weekend classes and centre activities
Understand and apply basic angles, framing, and lighting for clean, engaging visuals
Draft captions following brand guidelines (support provided)
Assist with posting on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Track basic engagement (views, saves, reach)
Content is mostly phone-based and real-life — no professional equipment required.
Front Desk & Operations Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations during weekends
Welcome parents and children, handle check-ins and basic enquiries
Assist with class schedules, registrations, and coordination
Respond to WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries professionally
Support smooth daily operations of the centre
Who We’re Looking For
Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with parents and children
Interested in social media, marketing, or operations
Comfortable taking photos and short videos on phone
Has a good eye for angles, framing, and lighting
Understands how to capture moments that feel natural, warm, and engaging
Organised, responsible, and able to multitask
Familiar with Instagram / TikTok / Canva / CapCut (training provided)
Able to commit to weekend work consistently
Students, fresh graduates, or career switchers welcome
No prior experience required — training will be provided
