  • Be professional

  • Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance

  • Identify customer needs in order to provide optimal experience

  • Takes responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to customers\u2019 queries
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Apply Selling Skills
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Meet customers' needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising customers as to options/services/products available
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Offers alternatives to the customer if merchandise is not available
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Achievement of sales and unit targets
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Knows what new lines and promotions have come into the store
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Specialise in all departments through focussed supplier training and prescribed book list completion
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Store Disciplines & Productivity

  • Opening & closing procedures are followed
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • To ensure all merchandising principles are in place always and that every item is ticketed

  • Minimise Shrinkage
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Cash handling \- assist at point of sale and with ca

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Grade 12<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Relevant diploma / short course qualification (Health and wellness modality / Effective selling (retail) / Product specific knowledge) and/or Minimum 3 years retail sales experience (2 years industry specific)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Relevant Degree in Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Phytotherapy, Chinese Medicine or any qualification in the natural space.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>
      Outstanding written and verbal communication skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Competency Assessment Achieved<\/span>
