Über die Stelle

Als Werkstudent im Bereich Operations Digitalization bei QIAGEN wirst du Teil eines international wachsenden Biotechnologieunternehmens und gestaltest aktiv die globale digitale Transformation mit. In unserem internationalen Team arbeitest du eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Europa und den Americas zusammen und unterstützt mehrere Produktionsstandorte bei der Einführung moderner IT-Systeme sowie AI-basierter Lösungen. Dabei sammelst du wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in digitalen Workflows, Datenanalyse, Cloud-Technologien und standortübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) von der Pilotphase bis zum globalen Rollout
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Management-Steering-Meetings sowie Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
  • Digitalisierung papierbasierter Produktionsprozesse in standardisierte MES-Workflows
  • Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten zur Unterstützung von Systemintegrationen (z. B. MES–SAP)
  • Verarbeitung und Optimierung von Datensätzen für AI- und Machine-Learning-Modelle
  • Mitarbeit an Proof-of-Concept-Lösungen zur Anbindung von Produktionsequipment an Azure Cloud Data Lake

Dein Profil

  • Immatrikuliert in einem relevanten Studiengang (z. B. Operations Management, IT, Engineering, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar)
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten und Aufgaben eigenständig voranzutreiben
  • Interesse an digitaler Transformation, Produktionsprozessen und datengetriebenen Technologien
  • Hohe Motivation, Neugier sowie eine positive und teamorientierte Einstellung
  • Sehr gute Studienleistungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
