Main Purpose<\/b>

To optimise the selling of Financial Services products to customers\nthrough the store channel by integrating with the store staff, supporting their\nselling activities and optimizing store and customer relationships in line with\nsales strategies<\/span>.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
  • Assist\nwith implementation of Sales operating plans in stores in line with business\nstrategies, policies and procedures.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage\npersonal sales activities in line with agreed sales targets and performance\nmeasures.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Compliance\nwith customer service and sales policies, procedures and operating plans,\nhighlight operational risks and controls and escalate to Regional Sales\nManager.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Integrate\nwith ROG and manage customer\nrelationships in order to achieve sales targets.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Present\nweekly portfolio performance to Team Leader. This includes:<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Producing\naccurate and timeous communication, reports and figures on FS product sales\nresults pertaining to increased customer base in the store and outside\npromotion environment.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\naccurate communication on the operational activities within the store sales\nenvironment.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Assist the change process\nwhen improvements on products, processes and systems are implemented<\/span><\/span>
