To contribute to the achievement of WFS targets by maximising sales through the outbound \nchannel in alignment with WFS policies, procedures and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>

- Prospecting financial products to existing and new business customers
<\/span><\/li>- Marketing (Outbound calls)
<\/span><\/li>- Sales Targets and Metrics
<\/span><\/li>- Customer Service
<\/span><\/li>- Compliance
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
KEY COMPETENCIES

<\/b><\/div>FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES<\/b>
<\/div>- Call Centre Task
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of Telephony Sales Management
<\/span><\/li>- Product Knowledge (Financial Services or Banking Products
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of Leads Management or Dialler systems<\/span>
<\/b><\/li><\/ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATION<\/b>
<\/div>- Matric / Grade 12
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <\/b>
<\/div>- Minimum 12 months Outbound Telesales experience
<\/span><\/li>- Experience is Financial Services and/or Banking Sector advantageous
<\/span><\/li>- Individual must comply with the FAIS Fit & Proper requirements<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>It is a requirement of this role that the incumbent meets the FAIS Fit & Proper \nrequirements and remains Fit and Proper for the duration of their employment with \nWFS.
