To contribute to the achievement of WFS targets by maximising sales through the outbound \nchannel in alignment with WFS policies, procedures and standards.

  • Prospecting financial products to existing and new business customers

  • Marketing (Outbound calls)

  • Sales Targets and Metrics

    • Call Centre Task

    • Knowledge of Telephony Sales Management

    • Product Knowledge (Financial Services or Banking Products

    • Knowledge of Leads Management or Dialler systems<\/span>

      MINIMUM QUALIFICATION<\/b>

      • Matric / Grade 12
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <\/b>

        • Minimum 12 months Outbound Telesales experience
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Experience is Financial Services and/or Banking Sector advantageous
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Individual must comply with the FAIS Fit & Proper requirements<\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>
          It is a requirement of this role that the incumbent meets the FAIS Fit & Proper \nrequirements and remains Fit and Proper for the duration of their employment with \nWFS.
