About The Role
We are looking for a White Label Support Engineer to join our team. You will troubleshoot and support production systems, work with observability tools, automate routine tasks, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 application support during shifts
- Proactively monitor system health and respond to incidents
- Investigate and resolve production issues across infrastructure, networking, databases, and application layers
- Escalate issues and collaborate with development and SRE teams
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, monitoring and alerting improvements
- Taking part in the release cycle
- Participate in shift rotations
- Strong Linux administration skills
- 2+ years of Application Support experience
- Automation/scripting: Bash / Python
- Databases: Basic SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, ELK, or similar
- Containerization: Docker, basic+ Kubernetes
- Networking basics: DNS, L4/L7 concepts, Load Balancers
- English B2+
