WMS Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced WMS Technical Consultant to support and enhance warehouse management solutions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide technical and functional support, perform system enhancements, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and enhancements for BY WMS applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot WMS modules and monitor batch jobs.
• Develop and maintain MOCA components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, reports, and labels.
• Support integrations between WMS and external systems.
• Analyse and resolve production issues within agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions and improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 to 12 years of experience in BY WMS support and enhancements.
• Strong experience in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, reports, and labels.
• Experience integrating WMS with external systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound, and warehouse setup processes.
• Knowledge of RF devices and label printing.
• Familiarity with WMS architecture and integration processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
