The Women\u2019s\nProgram Staff Intern serves alongside staff to support the day\-to\-day life of a\nwomen\u2019s residential recovery program. This internship is designed for recent Adult & Teen Challenge graduates who feel called to grow in servant leadership while\nencouraging women as they pursue freedom, healing, and lasting transformation.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Interns help cultivate a safe, structured, and hope\-filled home where\nresidents can grow spiritually and personally, while gaining practical\nexperience in ministry\-focused support and program operations.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Adult & Teen Challenge\ngraduate (recent graduates preferred).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Demonstrated\ncommitment to personal recovery, spiritual growth, and Christian values.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Able to\nmaintain confidentiality, healthy boundaries, and a supportive presence.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Servant\-hearted,\npatient, and compassionate\u2014committed to encouraging others with humility and\nrespect.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Availability\nfor flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Able to\ncomplete routine operational tasks as needed.<\/span>
