Roles & Responsibilities: Adaptive Reporting Associate Director

  • Responsible for Planning and Executing Project, involved in Resource Allocation, Stakeholder Management, Status Reporting and Quality Control

  • Manage Large teams evaluating performance, providing feedback, helping team members learn and grow

  • Drive initiatives within the practice to innovate and increase employee engagement.

  • Communicate effectively with leadership and execute on the strategy.

  • Contribute in achieving operational efficiency within the practice.

Must-Have Certifications

  • Adaptive Insights Planning certification

  • Adaptive Insights Platform certification

Experience & Background

  • Qualification should be BE / B.TECH /MBA/CA

  • Candidate should have 13 years of experience in IT.

  • Professional Experience of at least 5 years in implementing or supporting Workday

  • Minimum 5+ years of functional financials experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other ERP financial management systems, etc

• Experience in leading Plan and Architect phase of the implementation

in atleast 5 engagements

• 4+ years’ experience with HRIS applications and report development

tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in designing, building, and testing reports in Workday

around Finance functional areas such as Accounting, Budgets.

• Knowledge on Income Statements, Trail Balance, Headcount reports.

• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently,

providing timely follow-up and resolution

• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented

• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Must have good experience on working with excel sheets and

exposure to excel sheet formulas and macros.

• Have HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge.

• Should have implementation experience on Financial Planning

Framework on Adaptive Platform.

• Should have good knowledge on planning Versions, Model sheets,

Cube sheets and shared formulas.

• Ability to build Office Connect Reports and Dashboards for better

analysis of data and visualizing trends

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Good to have Reporting certification / composite reporting certification

  • Good to have hands on experience on Financial Planning tools, Excel wizard
