Workday HCM Analyst

Join Latitude on a 12-month fixed term contract to support, optimise and strengthen our Workday platform and people systems. We’ve been on Workday for nearly 10 years and are entering a phase of significant enhancement and transformation, requiring strong BAU support alongside delivery of key strategic initiatives.

You’ll join a well-established Workday environment with real scope to influence how we evolve the platform and people systems over the next phase of transformation

What will you contribute to?

  • Provide day-to-day support and continuous improvement across our Workday platform and people systems, ensuring stability, data integrity, and a strong user experience
  • Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and support large, foundational initiatives
  • Configure and maintain Workday across key HCM areas
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose Workday solutions
  • Support releases, testing cycles, and change deployment
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution or escalation
  • Contribute to Latitude’s shift toward an AI-first approach, including adoption and optimisation of Workday Agents and emerging capabilities

What you’ll bring:

  • With hands-on experience supporting or configuring Workday HCM in an in-house or consulting environment across a number of functional areas. We use Core HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence and Time Tracking
  • Who understands end-to-end HCM processes and how they translate into system design
  • Comfortable operating in a mature, post-implementation environment with a mix of BAU and project delivery
  • Strong in Workday configuration (business processes, security, reporting, data loads; exposure or expertise in integrations is a bonus) and able to troubleshoot, escalate and manage HR tickets
  • Able to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into practical system solutions
  • Proactive, inquisitive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
