Workday Integration Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant with over 3 years of experience and a valid Workday Integration Certification. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and developing integrations from scratch using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs. This role demands strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Develop custom integrations to connect Workday with internal systems and third-party applications
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
• Document integration architecture, technical specifications, and support procedures
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards
• Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement of existing integrations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations
• Workday Integration Certification is mandatory
• Proven expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and data structures
• Experience with XML, XSLT, and web service protocols
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior Implementation experience is a plus.
