Workday Integration Lead/Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, and RaaS.
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, implementing robust monitoring and error handling.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage integration security, reporting, access controls, and governance standards.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support capability development.
- Prepare technical documentation and communicate integration designs, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of Workday Integration experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Certified in Workday Integration Core and/or Workday Studio.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, RaaS, Custom Reports, and Security.
- Experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex integrations.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM processes, integration governance, and security.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
