Workday Learning Architect

Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $110-$116.40

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the full-time Learning Architect for a global implementation of Workday Learning.
  • Lead the design and architecture of Workday Learning solutions to support business objectives, user needs, and enterprise learning strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, configure scalable learning processes, and support end-to-end implementation activities.
  • Provide expertise in Workday Learning functionality, best practices, and solution design throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Drive transformation initiatives by aligning learning technology capabilities with organizational change and process improvement goals.
  • Support global deployment planning, including considerations for regional needs, adoption, governance, and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred.
  • Workday Learning certified preferred but must have Workday Learning experience.
  • Strong verbal, Documentation and analytical skills.
  • Must have prior experience leading or supporting Workday Learning implementations.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in transformation programs, including process redesign, change enablement, and large-scale system adoption.
