Job Description
Defend client companies in workers' compensation cases.
Provide legal counsel and representation throughout all stages of litigation.
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with support staff, medical professionals, and experts to build strong cases.
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.
Stay up-to-date with legal trends, regulations, and case law related to workers' compensation.
