We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy AI Process Automation Specialist to join our office team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our day-to-day back-office operations, finding manual gaps, and automating them using modern AI tools and no-code platforms. You will play a key role in migrating our workflows to new modern platforms. This is an on-site role (office) because you need to work closely with the team to thoroughly understand our custom processes from the inside out.

- Process Shadowing & Analysis: Work on-site with various back-office departments (Compliance, Accounting, HR, etc.) to study how they handle daily operations, data entry, and reporting.
- Platform Migration: Assist in moving team workflows, communication, and data from legacy systems to advanced project management platforms (e.g., setting up automation rules, triggers, and live trackers).
- AI Implementation: Design, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions (custom internal bots, automated email replies, report parsers) to minimize manual human errors.
- System Integration: Connect different software tools via Make/Zapier/APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Documentation & Support: Document the newly created automated workflows and provide basic onboarding/guidance to the team on how to use them.
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, IT support, or process mapping (Junior+ to Middle level).
- Hands-on experience building personal projects, custom GPTs, or automating workflows using AI.

- Language: English (Intermediate or higher), Russian
- AI & Prompt Engineering: Deep understanding of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), API integrations, and AI-driven workflows.
- Automation Tools: Knowledge of no-code/low-code integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and project management systems (Monday.com, Connecteam).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to shadow office employees, map manual routines, and identify optimization bottlenecks.
- Language: Strong English (Intermediate or higher) to communicate effectively with the team and work with software interfaces.
