Workforce Analytics Consultant

This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy, data analytics, and workforce planning, turning complex people data into actionable insights that support organizational decision-making. You will design and deliver advanced workforce reporting, dashboards, and predictive models that help leaders understand trends, optimize staffing, and improve operational outcomes. The position requires strong technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of HR or organizational data systems. You will work extensively with tools such as Workday and other analytics platforms to build scalable reporting solutions and automate data processes. Your insights will directly influence workforce strategy, planning, and efficiency across the organization. This is a highly analytical and impact-driven role where precision, creativity, and storytelling with data are essential. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful analytics solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain workforce analytics reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields using Workday and related tools.
  • Develop and optimize automated reporting and workflows to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Create and maintain workforce planning models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build advanced data visualizations and analytics solutions using tools such as Workday Prism and Power BI.
  • Support the rebuild and maintenance of Workday Adaptive Planning structures and reporting sheets.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and patterns to generate actionable insights for leadership teams.
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple HR systems and reporting environments.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a related field.
    • Strong experience with data visualization, forecasting, statistical modeling, and reporting.
    • Hands-on experience with Workday (including Adaptive Planning preferred) and HR data systems.
    • Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages preferred.
    • Experience with tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to interpret complex datasets.
    • Experience in workforce planning, people analytics, or HR operations is highly desirable.
