Workforce Planning Advisor
Temporary position for 6 months
As a Workforce planning advisor, you help define, develop and monitor business plans, track performance and set targets. You identify opportunities to improve service delivery as well as the design and delivery of the service offer, from the perspective of workforce planning. You advise and support clients and partners on various initiatives related to important developments in your field. You propose solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of business. You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical. You interact with various contributors working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Diagnose issues, challenges and needs for your line of business to determine target outcomes
- Develop and help implement objectives, solutions and action plans
- Analyze data, conduct studies and make recommendations. Write reports, summaries, impact analyses and presentations (in English and French) adapted for audiences ranging from service delivery employees to senior management
- Help develop and improve monitoring tools, KPIs, policies, processes and programs that support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
- Create, update and ensure compliance with capacity plans. Find and add relevant information from interested parties (partners, data, projects, etc.) into the plans’ projections
- Manage business relationships with partners
- Promote innovative processes and tools for everyday operations

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in workforce planning
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
