Your new role…
The purpose of the Workforce Planning Executive role is to ensure the effective deployment and engagement of Angard workers across Royal Mail sites nationwide. This role is central to delivering exceptional service to our client by managing staffing orders, coordinating shift patterns, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and site managers.
You will act as a key point of contact for workforce planning, ensuring that operational requirements are met efficiently and accurately through proactive communication and system management.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing staffing orders using our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp
- Handling incoming calls and emails from candidates and site managers
- Supporting managers with system navigation and utilisation
- Coordinating shift patterns and rotas in line with site requirements
- Maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and client standards
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly
Who we’re looking for
- Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office
- Confident, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
