ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Working Student – Global Retention who will support us in executing retention marketing strategies across website, app, email, and other channels aimed at maximizing member retention and lifetime value (LTV). You will support the implementation of data-driven retention initiatives, assisting with A/B testing, campaign execution, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This includes helping to build and optimize user experiences for retention campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

You have a general understanding of e-commerce, online marketing and user experience (UX). For this specific role we are looking for a candidate with a strong affinity for data, experimentation, and customer retention strategies.
As a Working Student Global Retention, you will...
- Assist in executing multi-channel retention campaigns across website, app and email
- Support the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests to evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns on user engagement and retention
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign execution and support marketing decisions
- Help interpret test results, identify actionable insights, and contribute to reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, and legal teams to support successful campaign implementation and share learnings
- Assist in the development and execution of retention strategies to meet Audible's retention goals.
- Support the experimentation roadmap by helping to configure and execute tests using digital marketing tools.
- Assist with creative requests and support the localization of language and copy for all relevant countries
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and user engagement, providing regular performance updates.
- Help develop and maintain documentation of test results, processes, and learnings for future reference.
- Collaborate with data analytics teams to gather and analyze user behavior data to inform retention strategies
