Workplace Engineering Track Associate

Role Workplace Engineering Track Associate Responsibilities Receives proper handover from project to BAU Suggests improvements in the design/process to ease workflows Day to Day Support of Workplace Virtualization Production Environment Maintains High availability & Load balancing of all core; leveraged; dependent components Conducts validation testing in UAT and change management to production Performs any short term projects that relate to existing system expansion or enhancement Escalates high severity issues & works along with consultants from service impact to improvement plans Help develop automation capabilities wherever possible to reduce issues & complexity Work with multiple teams to address complex issues under L3 Engineer guidance Troubleshooting basic to intermediate platform issues Troubleshooting user issues Ticket handling as per agreed SLAs Ensure Backup & restore of workspaces per agreement Ensure policy controls & security level on workspaces as expected Maintains & improves customer experience & satisfaction Vendor co-ordination & follow-up Creates daily/weekly/monthly reports on system statistics; capacity; usage; analytics & other metrics Perform all periodic activities Daily/weekly/monthly The Role offers An opportunity to re-imagine technical support in a structured BAU framework of a large stack of technology products bundled under Virtual Desktop services Apply technology capabilities to add value to the business and operations High visibility; opportunity to interact with multiple groups within the organization; technology vendors and implementation partners Develop all rounded capability in technologies that span across all kinds of virtualization services; automation; cloud hosting and modern workplace solutions.
