WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE LEAD
Working Location : Pasir Panjang, Mapletree Business City
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Elevating Experience &Events
• Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related requests from internal stakeholders, departments, and end users.
• Assess event needs, define scope, and coordinate with relevant FM teams
• Deliver hospitality training and maintain Front of House standards to ensure a premium experience for all visitors and employees
• Identify, plan, and implement experience and wellbeing programs that drive employee engagement and productivity
Operational Leadership & Strategic Oversight of Soft Services
• Lead the daily coordination of FM services, ensuring operational continuity
across all service lines.
• Create operational synergy across all team functions to optimize service
delivery
• Monitor service performance and escalate issues to relevant FM teams for
resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all
FM-related activities.
Stakeholder &Vendor Governance
• Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
• Develop performance management frameworks for vendors aligned with organizational KPIs and SLAs
Visual Identity &Communications
•Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all workplace materials, including digital screens, posters, and directional signage.
• Collaborate with internal communications and branding teams to align messaging and design standards.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
• Lead post-event and service performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strategize enhancements to FM processes and workplace experience initiatives using insights and emerging trends.
• Champion technology adoption (smart workplace tools, digital engagement platforms) to elevate experience delivery.
