Join Our Team
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Workplace Services Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, coordinating workplace activities, and creating a positive experience for employees and visitors.
As a key member of our team, you will help ensure our workplace is safe, efficient, well-maintained, and welcoming. The Workplace Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating workplace services, managing office resources, supporting facilities operations, and acting as a primary point of contact for workplace-related requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the office and workplace services
- Serve as the first point of contact for workplace and facilities inquiries
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and service providers
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives and compliance requirements
- Assist with office moves, workspace allocation, and meeting room management
- Coordinate employee events, catering, and workplace engagement activities
- Maintain workplace records, documentation, and service logs
- Welcome visitors and support reception activities when required
- Monitor workplace standards and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the Workplace Services Manager with projects and operational activities
About You
We are looking for you if you have:
- Previous experience in office administration, workplace services, facilities coordination, or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with external suppliers and contractors is desirable
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices is an advantage
