Works Manager (Production Department)
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily production process to ensure efficiency and quality
2. Coordinate schedules, resources and teams to meet production targets
3. Act as the link between management, staff and stakeholders
4. Balance cost control with quality standards and timely delivery
5. Plan and organize production schedules
6. Monitor budgets, costs and resource allocation
7. Implement and maintain quality assurance standards
8. Supervise staff and assign roles across production teams
9. Manage risks and resolve production bottlenecks
10. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams
11. Ensure equipment is maintained and operational
12. Enforce health and safety regulations
13. Prepare progress reports for senior leadership
14. Lead continuous improvement initiatives
II. Skills & Qualification Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing or related field
2. Proficiency with project management or ERP software
3. 3–5 years of management experience in a production environment
4. Proven track record of meeting production goals and quality standards
5. AutoCAD, Solid works , Pro–E (Creo), Solid edge,ZW3D, ZWCAD
6. SAP(MM, PP & QA Module) & Odoo
7. GeometricDimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
8. Microsoftoffice ( MS word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
9. Designfor manufacturing & Assembly (DFM & DFA)
