Workshop Engineer ( Scania )

Manage and supervise daily workshop operations

Lead, train, and evaluate workshop staff and technicians<\/span>

Ensure timely and high\-quality maintenance and repair services<\/span>

Diagnose complex automotive issues and support technical teams<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>

Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency improvements<\/span>

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies<\/span>

Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction<\/span>

Maintain accurate records of work, inventory, and reports<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Strong leadership and team management skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Excellent knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repairs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Experience with heavy trucks (preferably Scania) is a plus<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks<\/span>
<\/span>
