Workshop Executive (Aftersales | Automobile)

• Well Established Company

• Basic $3,000 – $3,500 + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Ubi

• Working Days: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)

• Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm

  • Saturday (alternate): 8.30am - 12.30pm

Key responsibilities:

• Manage workshop tools and equipment, including purchasing, maintenance, calibration, and audit preparation.

• Oversee workshop facilities to ensure a safe and well-maintained working environment.

• Handle workshop purchases on consumables and data entry.

• Support and maintain workshop diagnostic equipment, including software updates and basic troubleshooting.

• Manage Group Retail Portal (GRP) system: new user registration, roles allocation, new applications roll-out and etc.

• Coordinate workshop-related projects, such as EV high-voltage facilities, battery storage areas, and safety initiatives.

• Organize technical training for workshop staff, including trainee registration, qualification tracking, and e-learning programs.

• Monitor repair job progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure work meets company standards.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in automotive technology or the engineering field

• At least 3 years of experience as a Workshop Executive in the automotive industry or related fields preferred
