Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the workshop activities and spare/inventory for the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) maintenance services

  • Implement Maintenance Plan, Service Definition Document (what service activities, workflow, technical procedures, work instructions, etc.) and Service Management Plan that related to workshop activities.

  • Organize the work and safety for the Workshop Maintenance team and resources, including but not limited to, manpower, tools, means and spares to deliver the Service activities

  • Maintain service activities workflow, technical procedures, work instructions

  • Assure the interface with the Customer (internal & external) on the technical services matters, Report work progress to related parties according to agreed communication plan

  • Lead the team to deliver workshop maintenance activities and actions in case of deviation of pre-defined performance indicators. Provide suggestions/proposals for activities optimization. Support roll-out of improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with other Maintenance teams, Technical and Operation Departments for daily task execution, knowledge sharing, skills transfer and process improvements

  • Support knowledge sharing and training activities, together with Training Manager (if applicable)

  • Report abnormalities and changes of configuration of the delivered services and systems. Update the Service File accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) or above

  • Over 5 years supervisory/management experience in workshop maintenance

  • Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management experience

  • Good leadership skills with teamwork experiences

  • Good communication skill and service attitude

  • Good command of Cantonese and English

  • Work in alternate 5-days/6-days week
