Workshop Manager

Job Description

· Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service and meeting client needs.

· Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawing and specifications.

· Ensure smooth operation of workshop and services including overseeing of workmanship, managing staff and equipment, completing required documentation and fulfilling all customer orders.

· Lead, supervise and monitor the workshop performance and customer satisfaction, take corrective measures as needed.

· Responsible for managing the workshop's income, costs and expenditure.

Requirements

· Min. 10 years’ experience in related areas, and 5 years in management level in a MNC manufacturing environment.

· University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, a Master or MBA program is preferred.

. Good Working Knowledge in Marine Engine overhauling Procedures

· Process-driven and able to face challenges to meet customer’s expectation on service and quality.

· Strong leadership and results oriented.
