Workshop Team Lead

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Run workshop, warehouse and yard as a safe and efficient operation in full compliance with the Wellbore Integrity Solutions QHSE Management System Standards.
Coordination of all the workshop activities while ensuring that all tasks are safely completed at each workstation to prevent any damage to personnel, equipment and/or environment while meeting the given operational/load out deadlines.
Ensuring that all personnel within the workshop are aware and understand the procedure requirements for all processes within the workshop/warehouse/yard and that all employees follow these procedures and provide associated competency support if requested.
Organization of the parts inventory, assets and material storage ensuring that all items are safely stored in the allocated areas and that similar items are stored together in the same area for ease of identification and stock counting.
Overall planning of and execution of maintenance for all workshop plant, machinery and tools.
Coordination of equipment, BHA sub assemblies and load out preparations based upon operational demands.

Qualifications/Requirements:
PreferablyMBO certificateor equivalent
Knowledge on HSEprocedures andworkshopequipmentmaintenance standards.
Competencyin logisticsandQMS procedures
Organizational skills for runningaworkshopteam
Meeting deadlines as stipulated by customers in a safe and efficient manner
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position
Fluent in reading, verbal and written communication in English and Dutch language
Good computer skills to deal with MS Office and Web based Applications
Forklift Driver & Overhead Crane Operator License
Preferably competences in redress of Fishing & Remedial tools and/or Downhole Tools
