Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

  1. Monitor Campers’ whereabouts and always ensure their safety (C, TW, P, L)
  2. Transport Campers to and from all activities (C, TW, P, CT, L)
  3. Enforce Camp rules and emergency procedures (C, TW, P, L)
  4. Lead and participate in camp activities (C, TW, P, CT, CTR, L)
  5. Create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment (C, TW, CTR, L)
  6. Serve as a mentor and role model (C P, L)
  7. Communicate regularly with other staff and camp leadership (C, P, L)
  8. Help with transitions between activities and daily routines (C, TW, L)
