WSH Safety Coordinator

Job Summary

Assist in implementing workplace safety, health, and environmental practices on construction sites to ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance with the WSH Act, regulations, and company safety procedures.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).

  • Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote safety awareness among workers.

  • Support incident and accident investigations, including reporting and follow-up corrective actions.

  • Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) documents and safety requirements are properly implemented before work commencement.

  • Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, and BCA requirements.

  • Promote good safety practices and enforce site safety rules among workers and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Valid Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC) certificate recognized by MOM.

  • Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations for construction works.

  • Experience in site safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and incident reporting is preferred.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
