The Ecosystem Program manager will be responsible for\nend\-to\-end management and expansion of the skilling ecosystem in the assigned\nregion. This includes designing and implementing skilling programs,\nestablishing strong partnerships with employers and training partners, and\nensuring high\-quality outcomes in student training, placement, and career\nsuccess.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Program\n Leadership & Delivery<\/b>
<\/li>- Drive\n the complete lifecycle of skilling programs \u2014 from design, development,\n and partner onboarding to execution, monitoring, and impact measurement.
<\/li> - Ensure\n alignment of skilling initiatives with national and state\-level\n employment priorities.
<\/li><\/ul> - Ecosystem\n Development<\/b>
<\/li>- Build\n and scale a demand\-led ecosystem by onboarding employers and identifying\n sector\-specific talent needs.
<\/li> - Expand\n the supply\-side ecosystem by signing up new training partners based on\n regional demand and industry requirements.
<\/li><\/ul> - Stakeholder\n Engagement<\/b>
<\/li>- Engage\n effectively with government bodies, vocational training providers (VTPs),\n ITIs, Polytechnics, and other ecosystem actors to co\-create impactful\n solutions.
<\/li> - Actively\n represent the Foundation in industry forums, academia, and policy\n platforms to shape and contribute to the broader skilling discourse.

<\/li>- Design\n and institutionalize scalable processes across the student lifecycle \u2014\n from mobilization, counselling, training, placement to post\-placement\n tracking.
<\/li> - Create\n operational frameworks that break complex implementation plans into\n actionable micro\-processes.

Required Experience & Skills<\/b>
<\/p>- 12\u201315 years of experience in skilling, education delivery, or talent development\n domains with proven experience across multiple delivery modes (digital,\n blended, classroom).
<\/li> - Demonstrated\n experience in employer engagement and establishing large\-scale\n partnerships for placement and industry alignment.
<\/li> - Deep\n understanding of student journey, with experience in counselling,\n mobilization, training, placement, and post\-placement tracking.
<\/li> - Strong\n background in channel development (employers and training partners) and\n familiarity with the vocational training landscape.
<\/li> - Prior\n experience collaborating with government bodies, academic institutions,\n and industry associations on skilling or education projects.
<\/li> - Excellent\n project management capabilities, stakeholder relationship skills, and\n process orientation.
<\/li> - Should\n be actively involved in industry or skilling forums and networks.
