WW Retail Commercial Leader, Education

You will lead the WW commercial strategy and execution for Education in Apple Retail. This includes defining the segment approach, evolving the value proposition for students and educators, and developing go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. You will lead a team and set direction across multiple priorities, evolving with the needs of the business. You will partner closely with teams across all Retail functions, Product Marketing, Supply & Operations, Finance, and our Regional teams to bring ideas to life. You will also communicate regularly with senior leaders on performance, growth opportunities, and progress. This role requires judgment and the ability to connect strategy to execution. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable business impact Experience owning or influencing business performance Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market dynamics and business performance Preferred Qualifications Experience in education or adjacent customer segments Background in retail or omnichannel go-to-market strategy Communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive leadership Ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and influence across a matrixed organization Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing, inclusive teams Ability to foster a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages cross-functional partnership
