Nominee Director

要求 Requirements：

新加坡公民、新加坡永久居民。

Singapore citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident.

具备完全的法律行为能力，没有犯罪记录，且未被法院宣告破产或取消董事资格。

Possess full legal capacity, have no criminal record, and have not been declared bankrupt or disqualified as a director by the court.

工作职责 Job Responsibilities：

1.配合签署必要的法定文件，例如公司注册申请、年度股东大会决议、年度申报表等等；

Cooperate in signing necessary statutory documents, such as company incorporation applications, annual general meeting resolutions, annual returns, etc.

2.协助公司注册Corpass以进行线上事务管理；

Assist the company in registering for Corppass to facilitate online transaction management.

3.如涉及到银行开户、EP申请时，必要时候提供协助配合签署；

Provide assistance and cooperate with signing when necessary for matters such as bank account opening or EP applications.

4.在任职期间保持良好的信用记录，配合公司合规部门进行定期背景审查，并及时更新个人档案信息；

Maintain a good credit record during the tenure, cooperate with the company's compliance department for regular background checks, and promptly update personal profile information.

5.其他需要配合协助的事项。

Other matters requiring cooperation and assistance.
