A Singapore-based Precision Engineering company specializing in high precision CNC machining components is expanding its production team.

Working Hours / 工作时间

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM / 4.30pm - 1.30am / 1.30am - 7.30am
星期一至星期五，早班/晚班/夜班

Salary & Allowances / 薪资与津贴

Monthly Salary / 月薪
SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,500

Transportation Allowance: SGD 100/month
交通津贴： 每月 SGD 100

Night Shift Allowance: SGD 18/day
夜班津贴： 每天 SGD 18

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, and other metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• 根据工程图纸及技术规范，对不锈钢、碳钢、铝材及其他金属零件进行 TIG 及 MIG 焊接。

• Interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions to meet customer requirements.
• 阅读及理解技术图纸、焊接符号及工作指示，确保符合客户要求。

• Prepare, align, fit-up, and assemble metal parts prior to welding operations.
• 在焊接前进行金属零件的定位、组装及装配工作。

• Inspect welded components to ensure compliance with quality standards and dimensional requirements.
• 检查焊接成品，确保符合品质标准及尺寸要求。

• Carry out grinding, polishing, deburring, and finishing work as required.
• 根据需要进行打磨、抛光、去毛刺及表面处理工作。

• Perform repair and rework of weld defects in accordance with quality procedures.
• 根据品质程序对焊接缺陷进行维修及返工。

• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper housekeeping within the work area.
• 维护焊接设备并保持工作区域整洁有序。

• Comply with workplace safety regulations, quality procedures, and aerospace manufacturing standards.
• 遵守工作场所安全规范、品质程序及航空制造业标准。

Requirements / 职位要求

• Minimum 1 year of TIG and/or MIG welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• 具备至少 1 年制造业或金属加工行业 TIG 或 MIG 焊接经验。

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications.
• 能阅读及理解工程图纸及焊接规范。

• Familiar with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel welding processes.
• 熟悉不锈钢、铝材及碳钢焊接工艺。

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• 熟悉使用手动工具、电动工具及金属加工设备。

• Good workmanship, attention to detail, and quality awareness.
• 工作细心，具备良好的工艺品质意识。

• Able to work independently and within a production team environment.
• 能独立工作，并适应团队生产环境。

• Welding certifications will be an added advantage.
• 持有焊接相关证书者优先考虑。

• Experience in aerospace, precision engineering, semiconductor, or oil & gas industries will be an added advantage.
• 具备航空制造、精密工程、半导体或油气行业经验者优先考虑。
