• Possessing relevant knowledge of the petrochemical, power plant, wind power and welding industries, capable of accurately analyzing and investigating the market.

具石化/電廠/風電/焊接相關產業相關知識，能夠精準分析與調查市場。

• Possess development capabilities and a network of contacts to discover potential customers for projects/welding.

具備開發能力及人脈管道，發掘專案/焊接的潛在客戶。

• Regularly monitor and control business development activities, identify possible difficulties, and engage in frequent cross-departmental and hierarchical coordination and communication with problem-solving capabilities.

定期監控並控管開發執行狀況，辨識可能的困難，並能夠與不同部門及層級進行協調與溝通，具備解決問題的能力。

Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle work pressure.

• 具備業務談判技巧，能夠承受工作壓力。

• Graduated from a relevant major with a college degree or above, having a background in welding technology for power plant/petrochemical plant construction project management, and having a good college of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  大專以上相關科系畢業，具有電廠/石化廠建廠專案管理焊接技術背景並且對市場動態和客戶行為有很好的了解
• minimum 3~5 years experienced in industry with practical experience of development.

至少有3~5年工作經驗於相關產業，並具有實際的業務開發經驗

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and problem solving capability indepadently.

個性主動積極，具陌生拜訪能力，並處理不確定性及獨立解決問題的能力

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  具良好人際溝通技巧
• Proficiency in English (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing), TOEIC 700+ preferred.
  具備良好英文能力（聽/說/讀/寫），TOEIC 700 分以上尤佳。
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management, consultants, and clients.
  具備良好溝通技巧，能夠與不同管理階層、技術團隊及客戶互動。
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  精通 Word、Excel、Outlook 及 PowerPoint，Powe BI
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  良好電腦操作能力執行各項任務
• Possess a valid driving license and own a car.

• 須具備汽車駕照及自備車輛。
